Driving lessons in Havant

First Lesson Free- As a welcome to my new drivers I am currently offering you a driving lesson free when you book your first ten hours with me.

Welcome to my webpage, my name is Jenny and I am based in Southbourne and I teach in the Hayling Island, Emsworth, Havant, Cosham and Chichester areas. Before I became a driving instructor I had a long career in the NHS working as an Occupational Therapist. I also taught carers as part of my role. I enjoyed this aspect of my work so much that I decided to become a driving instructor and take those teaching skills into a new environment.

I am a mum two and I aim to present my lessons in a fun and effective style because I know that if your lessons are fun, you will not only learn quicker, but you will learn to a deeper level and the benefit of this approach is that you will be a considerably safer driver. Developing new drivers to not only pass their driving tests but to be safe drivers on our busy road network is highly satisfying and important to me.

Having lived locally for some time you can rest assured that I am familiar with the local roads that can be challenging for new drivers and I will help you to understand and safely negotiate and drive on those roads.

Should you need it, I will also help you with your theory test, when we commence your driving lessons.

Maybe you are a full licence holder and just need a little confidence building. With that in mind, I am also offering 'Refresher Driving Lessons'

Possibly you have had a time away from driving, not driven in the UK for a while or simply need to get to grips with a new car. I can carry out refresher driving lessons in my dual-controlled car or within your own car.

You will find that I am a strong advocate for teaching "Safe Driving For Life" as safety on our busy road network is all important.

I have some availability for weekends and evenings as I understand that it is not always possible to take lessons during the working week.
